Peanut Butter Power Bars

Ingredients:
Large mixing bowl
- 2 ½ c. rolled oats
- 1 c. cheerios
- 1 ½ c. wheaties
- 1 c. dried craisins
- ½ c. chocolate chips
- ½ c. chopped walnuts You can substitute almonds or cashews. Walnuts have the most benefit
- ½ c. raisins
- 1 ¼ c. honey
- 1 c. peanut butter
Method:
- Slowly heat honey and peanut butter in small sauce pan. Mix until smooth and Incorporated. Keep warm.
- Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Gently fold honey mixture into dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
- Place mix on rectangular cookie sheet. Press firmly in cookie sheet.
- Cover with wax paper or plastic film. Use rolling pin to flatten out evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into squares or rectangles.
- These do not need to be refrigerated
